Tim Goede

Tim Goede has prior experience in the sales, marketing and recruiting industries.  Out of college Tim worked for a major construction equipment company located in St. Louis and made an immediate impact on their sales and profitability.  These awesome business development experiences lead to an exciting opportunity to start his own recruiting firm which was called Aaron Placement Group.  In early 2008 he decided that in order for his firm to grow he needed to join a nationwide company and he converted his operation to Personalized Management Associates.  Tim has brought the combination of his industry experience together with his recruiting expertise to help businesses build thriving, high-performance teams. 

 

Tim recruits in the security, restaurant, retail, hospitality and sales industries and plans to open another PMA office outside the St. Louis area by year’s end.  

 

Tim received a golf scholarship to attend Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO and graduated with a business degree.  As the golf graduate assistant Tim attained his MBA (Sales & Marketing) from Lindenwood University.
