10 Step Approach

1.) When we get a project we will request a company generated job description.  From there we will begin to gather as much information as needed in order to present these opportunities to the right candidates.

2.) Once we gather the responsibilities and requirements we then want to know what the ideal candidate for this particular position would be required.

3.) We know that your time is valuable so all candidates are screened and interviewed in regards to qualifications, interests and compensation.  We also check references and verify their education when needed.

4.) After we have two or more good candidates we will begin presenting them to you and, upon your approval, setting up interviews.  All candidates are required to review and research the client’s website to make sure the company and position are something they are truly interested in pursuing.

5.) In doing this it saves time for the client so they are not interviewing candidates who really have no desire to work for them.

6.) This allows the client more time to focus on business rather then reviewing hundreds of resumes, wondering if the information is really true and if the candidate has the right background and experience.

7.) The result of not having to do all of that work allows us to find the best suited candidates with the client doing the least amount of work.

8.) After the client and candidate are done with the interview we require that the candidate contact us immediately.  This allows us to get feedback from the candidate and give us their initial reaction about the client.

9.) We do the same thing with the client and ask similar questions.  We want to know from both parties what the positives are and if there are any major concerns at this time.  We want to make sure we have great communication with both the client and candidate.

10.) Once a candidate is hired we like to follow up with both parties and make sure things are going well.  Working with the client over time allows us to really find out how their working environment is and what candidates will be best suited for them.
