Q. How are clients billed? A. Our billing rates are competitive. Search fees are reasonable and agreed upon before we start any project. Any additional costs, if required, must be approved in advance.
Q. When will a recruiter call me? A. Our recruiters are working with candidates and client companies to assure the best possible fit. You will be contacted by a PMA recruiter when a position matching your experience, career goals and personal interest becomes available.
Q. Do you share my information with anyone without my knowledge? A. We pride ourselves in maintaining extremely high ethical standards and trust that you may contact us in complete confidence. If you are currently employed we will only send information once we receive written permission. We are very discreet for candidates who are currently employed and looking for a new position or employers confidentially looking to replace a current employee. |
